Yvonne is a trained programme administrator, human resources professional, and an adept social innovator and community organizer who is passionate about development for social change. She comes with over 12 years of experience in the programme management consulting field, working across issues of governance, security & justice systems, gender, education & sustainable communities. Yvonne is skilled in program development and implementation, M&E, research, project management, and data collection. She is positioned to work with and manage highly technical and specialized teams, with the ability to mainstream issues to deliver timely results. She has also been involved in the development and implementation of program solution strategies in development and transformation projects. Has also organized various community events and engagements that provide a rallying point for change makers across Africa. Yvonne currently works as a Senior Programme Manager, Election and Governance in the technology and society practice at Co-creation HUB (CcHUB). In this role, she leads programs and projects to build digital and civic resilience across Africa, including the CcHUB civic tech platform-GoVote. GoVote is a platform empowering Nigerians to be active citizens and to vote in the 2023 General Elections. The project simplifies the voting process and serves as an information point to different categories of voters. Yvonne is also the regional Ambassador for the Civic Technology Innovation Network, West Africa (CTIN), and an Organizing Group member of the Africa Internet Rights Alliance (AIRA). Yvonne has also led the publication of two important research works that center on the role of emerging technology in African elections and the barriers women face in participation in politics in a digital age.
