David is a lawyer, communications enthusiast, and digital rights activist with expertise in human rights and gender justice. He has led initiatives promoting digital freedoms and advancing access to justice for marginalized communities. David currently serves as the Programme Manager, Information Sharing & Networking at Women Of Uganda Network (WOUGNET).
