A recognized leader in digital rights litigation, Frank recently led a team of activists in a landmark case that successfully challenged Google LLC’s non-compliance with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, setting a landmark precedent for data sovereignty and big tech accountability in the region. His work consistently demonstrates a dedicated commitment to leveraging the law, research and innovation to promote digital justice on the continent
