Bonnita Nyamwire  is the Research Director at Pollicy. She oversees the research department including the design of research studies, survey instruments, gathering, and analysis of data into actionable insights to influence service delivery as well as reporting on the findings. She also manages all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research projects. She is also a mentor to junior team members. Bonnita’s area of specialisation is social, behavioural, and public health research
