With a robust background in law and a passion for technology, David brings unparalleled expertise to the complex intersection of law, policy, and digital innovation. He earned his degree in Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and a Post-graduate Diploma Institution from the Law Development Center, where he developed a deep understanding of constitutional law, civil liberties, and emerging technologies. He serves as the Programme Manager, Information Sharing & Networking at Women of Uganda Network.
