Judy Karioko is a Senior Program Officer at the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX).  She currently leads in-country implementation of USAID’s Transform Digital Spaces (Transform) program, aimed at redressing technology facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) impacting women in politics & public life.
Judy has over 5 years of experience in various gender & development projects across Kenya and Somalia. She works at the intersection of gender rights and technology, with technical expertise in project and grants management, deploying survivor-centered approaches to address violence against women & girls and advancing gender equality and social inclusion.
