She is the Program Manager at ToroDev, ODA.  Kellen manages the DataCities program implementation and fosters stakeholder engagement at sub-national, national and regional levels focused on promoting data-informed governance and sustainable urban planning for more livable, resilient and thriving cities in Uganda and the Eastern Africa region.
