Mohammed Kateregga is a tech entrepreneur, data and cloud engineer, full stack developer, educator, community leader, and passionate Rotarian based in Jinja, Uganda. He is the CEO and Technical Team Lead at Hello World Africa, as well as the Lead Organizer of GDG Cloud Jinja and Global AI Community Jinja.

His work focuses on artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Through training, mentorship, community service, and technology programs, Mohammed supports students, developers, and entrepreneurs in building practical, locally relevant solutions for African communities.
