Mupapa Moses Perbin is a Senior Labour Officer Inspection (SLO/I)., that works with the Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development ,in the Department of Labour Industrial Relations and Productivity. He has worked in labour since 2012 when he was appointed as a labour Officer International Affairs, in 2015 he was promoted to a Senior Labour Officer/ Inspection.to date .He has participated in many policy reforms and formulation , and he has served on many boards like Labour Advisory and the Medical Arbitration  Board . He has been a member of the World Bank support team on the implementation of the various  World Bank Programs of the Government of Uganda to date. He has a vast experience in issues relating to the Social sector ( Labour ,Culture , Social protection, gender etc )
