Peterking Quaye is the Founder and Executive Director of the West Africa ICT Action Network (WAICTANet) and the Founder and Director of the Center for Data Governance and Regulatory Excellence (CDGRE), Liberia. He is a digital policy and AI governance expert with extensive experience in data governance, cybersecurity, digital transformation, Internet governance, and digital inclusion across West Africa. He i the project lead for “MyData Liberia” supported by CIPESA and funded through the Africa Digital Right Fund 2026.
Peterking works with governments, development partners, civil society, academia, and the private sector to advance responsible AI, community-centered data governance, and inclusive digital innovation. He is passionate about building trusted data ecosystems that promote public value, strengthen digital resilience, and support sustainable development across Africa.
