Qarol Wanjugu is a female lesbian, Pansexual Kenyan, who has a great passion of working for the LBQ community at the grass root level especially in conservative areas where culture and religious beliefs are a major hindrances to smooth running of LBQ projects. Currently, I possess a bachelor’s of arts degree in sociology from Moi University, Diploma in Project Management and various professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from The University of Washington. As one of the founders of LEHA, I am the programs manager and my work revolves around developing the annual operation plan, organizing, and executing the activities in line with the running strategic plan. I also engage on a regular basis with clients seeking services, to best ensure the environment and the techniques are inclusive and uphold ethical standards.
