Tony Kenyi is a South Sudanese technologist and digital rights advocate passionate about building safer and more resilient online spaces. He works as an IT Officer at Digital Rights Frontlines (DRF) and Cyber Incident Response Lead at SafetyComm South Sudan, where he manages secure systems, leads technical projects, and coordinates cyber incident response. Over the years, Tony has handled complex cybersecurity incidents, created training programs on data protection and online risk prevention, and helped organizations strengthen their internal safety frameworks. He has led major digital empowerment projects, including the InfoBridge Initiative (2025), which improved public access to credible and timely information from government institutions, and the internet infrastructure project at Upper Nile University, implemented in collaboration with the National Communication Authority (NCA). Tony has also designed digital safety modules for women’s rights groups and delivered cybersecurity and data protection workshops for both local and international partners. As Founder and CEO of ManguTech, he continues to drive efforts that promote digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and inclusive technology solutions, helping communities gain the confidence and knowledge to thrive safely in today’s digital world.
